Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
International Shipping
We currently do / do not ship outside the United States.
International shipping times may vary depending on the destination country and customs processing.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the item’s condition.
We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation, but we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
